Greg Milo - Managing Partner

After college in 1979 taking business and building management, Gregg went right to work for a building firm in New Canaan CT. He stayed there for 5 years with a master builder and remodeler then started the New England Building Co., which later became GR Milo construction. Up until the last 6 years, wher ehe has devoted his full attention to M & M Development and Building company, located in Greenwhich CT.

M and M Co is a company which deals mainly in development and building of high end, custom , and speculative residential homes and estates. M and M's forteit is its close attentiveness and attention to detail, overseeing each and every project and in all phases of completion.

Areas of expertise would also have to include the "hands on" approadch displayed by its principals and accessibility experience. 30 years + in all phases , start to finish residential building.

David Mancuso - AIA

David studied architecture, civil engineering, and Mechanical engineering at Hartford State Technical College. He has spent his entire professional career with Lazarus and Sargeant and has been involved with every major project since 1995.

As a Partner at Lazarus and Sargeant, he has been involved in all phases of numerous municipal building projects, tenant fit-ups and residential projects. Some of the more notable projects include the Wallingford Recreation Center, the Wallingford Senior Center, the Enfield Senior Center, the Prospect Senior Center and subsequent addition, as well as the large urban infill project of Orchard Street Town Homes in New Haven.

Current undertakings include the design of senior active housing complexes in Litchfield, Middlebury, Bethel, and Wallingford. David is also designing several shore-line estates. He is a past,part time CAD instructor for Goodwin College teaching AutoCad to the physically impaired.
